All sales are final – we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sozodori.com or +91-7042223733. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

To help us process your request quickly, please share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placement, or dissatisfaction with the product’s look or fit.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • All products (including sale, discounted, or customized items) are non-returnable unless received damaged.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
